Items here allow you to make an informed decision before booking. They are the relevant sections which form part of your rental agreement and are included here for reference:

Your Refundable Deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of your check-out date, provided no deductions are made due to:

1. Damage caused to the property or furnishings
2. Dirt of other mess that requires an unacceptable amount of cleaning
3. Any other costs incurred by Audeacious due to the Guest’s stay which fall outside the rental agreement

Audeacious keep the house meticulously clean. However, if the premises appear dirty or damaged at check-in, then the Guest should inform us immediately to remedy the situation.

• Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 12 persons at any one time (including children). Please let us know if your group will include babies or toddlers. We use a common sense approach to families.
• Minimum stay: This property has a minimum stay of 7 nights. We do not have a maximum limit but again use a common sense approach to bookings.
• Quiet Hours: Guests must endeavour to show respect for the neighbours and must minimise noise from 11 pm to 7 am. Any fines incurred will be passed on to the Guests.
• Extra Visitors: No parties are permitted. Only the agreed number of guests are allowed to stay overnight in the property.
• Safety and Security: Guests must ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving the property.
• Audeacious Access: We reserve the right to access the property by giving 24 hours notice (unless there is an emergency) for the purpose of repair or inspection. Again we use a common sense approach to this. Your holiday stay should be uninterrupted unless you need our assistance.
• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your reservation, then we will refund your full deposit if outside 60 days of your check-in date, 50% if cancelled within 60-30 days of your check-in, and 0% if cancelled less than 30 days of your check-in date.
• Insurance: We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit you from travelling or fulfilling the rental terms.
